Free QuickBooks Viewer

Batch view and audit QuickBooks (QB) files in browser, no server uploads, free, no registration.

Instantly view IIF, QBXML, QBO, and CSV files directly in the browser. No cloud sync, no installation, confidential processing in your browser only, sensitive financial data never leaves your device. Merge multiple QB export files into a transaction CSV, allowing accountants and compliance officers to search, filter, and analyze records across different fiscal years or company entities. Map QuickBooks data into a standard format to eliminate the manual labor of preparing data for audit. Export your data from QuickBooks Desktop or Online: Reports → Invoice List / Sales by Customer / Transaction List → Export to Excel/CSV. Or File → Utilities → Export → Lists to IIF / QBXML. Select file. QB-viewer auto-detects format and maps columns (Invoice No, Date, Customer, Amount, Tax, Status, etc.). You will see searchable table, filter it by date/customer/status, review summary totals. Export cleaned data to CSV or plain TXT. If you are troubleshooting an Intuit Web Connector sync error or auditing raw ConsoliBYTE integration logs, QB-viewer converts those XML request/response blocks into a clean, human-readable form.
Supported: .CSV, .XLSX, .XML, .IIF, .QBO, .QWC | Not Supported (Databases): .QBW, .QBB, .QBM, .QBA

QuickBooks data exists in two states: the Live Database (.QBW or .QBB) and Exports (like .IIF, .QBXML, .CSV, Excel). This tool is for Exports. You might need to open your QuickBooks Desktop or Online company file and perform an export of Transaction List or General Ledger. Once you have those files, simply select them into the QB-viewer. The viewer will identify if the file is a IIF, an XML request, or an Excel sheet. If you encounter a forensic alert, it indicates a structural anomaly such as a gap in sequential invoice numbering or a duplicate transaction that may require further investigation. If a specific file will not open, ensure it is not a .QBW file, as those are encrypted and must be converted to an export format within QuickBooks before they can be viewed.
